I do think my dogs need a break from time to time. Just look at what they do day in and day out – spend hours making me feel good about myself, brainstorm to consistently invent funny things just so that I can laugh, remind me of what truly matters in life. And they do it without complaining.
Zanskar, is the lady of the mountains. Loud, boisterous and endearingly willful, her waters rise and fall to suit her many moods. She smilingly caresses the steep cliffs which rise on either side and playfully gushes over the little rocks in her way. She can be deceptively calm in one moment and rage like a scorned Goddess in the other.
This essence, this spirit – to not be tied down because of your past but to use it to rise above your wildest expectation; is what is reflected in every bit of Napoli. And this precisely why it is impossible to not leave a piece of yourself behind when you leave this city.

The beauty of this majestic lake does not lie in the enchanting blue of its almost still waters, it does not lie in the lifeless, intimidating mountains which cup it so gently despite their massive size, it does not lie in the cold touch of the winds which make the sunlight shimmer; it lies in the endless hours you can spend on its banks chasing its blue shadows.
